White Chocolate Salami

Today, I’ll share a very popular recipe with you, and I’m sure you’ve either heard of it or have already made it yourself… but I highly doubt you’ve seen this recipe in this variation. Specifically, with white chocolate, pistachios, and cranberries…

You will need:

  • 300g White chocolate
  • 125g Butter
  • 300g Cookies
  • 50g Powdered sugar
  • 150g Pistachios
  • 40ml Milk

To start, melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. For a quick and perfect result, break the chocolate into small pieces.

Separately, break the cookies, but not too finely.

Now, mix the cookies with the melted chocolate and sugar. Add pistachios and mix well. Also, add milk.

Now, spread the mixture on foil. Shape it into a salami form.

Wrap it up and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Then, roll it in powdered sugar, and it’s ready to be served. Cut it with a very sharp knife.

Tips:

Since we’re in a festive mood, you can combine your salami with red dried berries, use ginger cookies, and, of course, replace pistachios with other nuts. But in my opinion, the combination of green pistachios, red tangy berries, and white chocolate will create the perfect festive atmosphere!

And if you have edible golden powder at home, your salami will shine on the holiday table.

I’ll warn you right away; this recipe is for those with a sweet tooth. It’s very sweet! Kids will love it!
