Grilled porcini mushrooms

You will need:

  • Porcini mushrooms or White mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Parsley

  1. To begin, clean and wash the mushrooms.
  2. Then, slice them not too thinly.
  3. Next, heat a grill pan well, greasing it with olive oil and wiping off any excess with a paper towel.
  4. Arrange the mushrooms on the hot grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the mushrooms to a plate, sprinkle with salt, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped fresh parsley, and drizzle with olive oil!
  6. Serve hot!
