Delicious cookies without milk and eggs that can be made in just 15 minute

You will need:

  • 250g Whole grain flour
  • 50g Sugar
  • 50g Vegetable oil
  • 175g Yogurt (can be made from soy)
  • 8g Baking powder
  • Cranberries in my case
  1. To start, mix all the dry ingredients and then add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform and compact consistency.
  3. Shape the dough into a long loaf and cut it into slices that are 1.5cm wide.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes! The cookies will look very soft despite having a golden color.
  6. Let the cookies cool down and serve them on the table.

  • 150g All-purpose flour
  • 50g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • A small amount of milk
  • 2 pinches of Baking soda
  • Chopped nuts
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and add a little bit of milk to get a uniform and pliable consistency.
  2. Shape the dough into a long loaf and cut it into slices that are 1.5cm wide.
  3. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle sugar on top.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes!
