Biscuits for Cheesecake

You will need:

  • 200g Whole Grain Flour
  • 200g Oat Flour
  • 200g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 130g Brown Sugar
  • 15g Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Milk

  1. To start, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
  2. Then add the butter and mix until well combined.

  5. Add the milk. I used 4 tablespoons, but you may need an additional tablespoon. The dough should be soft and crumbly, similar to sand.
  6. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Then roll out the dough and cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
