You will need:

  • Salted cod (soaked)
  • Tomato sauce or fresh tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Olives
  • Red pepper flakes (Chili)

Prepare the tomato sauce (the cooking process is shown in the video). Then pat your fish dry with paper towels and coat it in flour. Fry it in oil until golden brown. Now, place your fish in the sauce and let it simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes.
